More UX leadership within tech organizations. More director-level or VPs of UX. Tying design to dollars. In other words providing a ball park guess as to what a particular design will deliver in terms of conversion/retention. Finally, live site AB testing like Netflix. In other words let's design a few versions try them all & see which one delivers the best metrics & go with that. |

There seems to be an ever growing trend towards remote usability tools e.g. websort, survs, userzoom etc. In the most part I presume its mainly down to cost effectiveness and availability. |
